Thrives in moist environments, particularly in close proximity to ponds, rivers, and marshlands. Blooms from July to August. Enduring and indigenous.
Identification
Clusters of yellow flowers on leafy stems with narrowly triangular sepals. The elongated oval-lanceolate leaves are arranged in groups of 3-4, occasionally alternating, and may lack stalks or have short ones. Retaining foliage throughout most seasons. Reaches a height of 60-120cm.
