Identification
Vivid yellow blooms give way to recognizable seedheads known as dandelion clocks. The plant features serrated leaves arranged in a basal rosette and contains a milky latex juice. It boasts a robust tap root that delves deep into the soil. Ranging in height from 10 to 60cm, its leaf shape can vary greatly, with numerous closely related micro-species exhibiting similar characteristics.
